MEP Dissemination Event Lithuania

As part of the implementation of the project ‘Teaching ICT with Inquiry’ (hereinafter – TIWI) under the Erasmus+ programme, the National Agency for Education organised a dissemination event for teachers in September 2020.

The National Agency for Education organised a practical dissemination event for the tools and techniques developed within the project ‘Learning with Inquiry – from Idea to its Implementation’ for Lithuanian teachers in Kaunas on 24–25 September. The attendees could conduct a practical test of a tool for Inquiry Learning Spaces (ILS) creation under ‘Graasp’, to discuss how to create a good ILS meant for inquiry-based learning of STEM subjects through integration of programming and computational thinking, and to discuss ILS implementation in the educational process.

Attendees’ comments about the spreading event held in Kaunas:

An excellent seminar. It was very useful and interesting. Everything was explained.

A lot of useful information and well-explained information sources. Very good lecturers.

The programme is useful for remote working with children.

I would like to get all the teaching material translated into my native language.

I was familiarised with a new working environment intended for a teacher. The future will show how beneficial it would be for my work. We’ll try 🙂
